20.5  Removal of Apparatus

The Service Provider shall be responsible (at the Authority's cost to the extent that such cost is reasonably and properly incurred by the Service Provider) for complying with (in accordance with the Public Health Act 1961 and any other applicable Law) any requests from Owners to:

(a)  remove Apparatus from structures temporarily during periods of repair or reconstruction; and

(b)  remove Apparatus from structures permanently.
