24.3  Remediation of the Latent Defect14

Following service of a Latent Defect Notice, the Service Provider and the Authority shall agree a programme and methodology for remedying the Latent Defect and the Service Provider shall provide the Authority with all information reasonably requested by the Authority in relation to the same.
