25.3  Revocation of Authorised Functions

The Authority may, in its absolute discretion, revoke the authorisation in respect of any or all of the Authorised Functions and any such decision of the Authority shall not be subject to review under the Dispute Resolution Procedure.  Such revocation shall be an Authority Change and the provisions of the Change Protocol shall apply.  The Service Provider shall cease to exercise the relevant Authorised Function from the date of revocation which shall be the date agreed or determined pursuant to the Change Protocol.  If an authorisation is revoked by the Authority other than in accordance with this clause 25.3, then for the purposes of Section 73 of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 "relevant contract" shall mean this clause 25.3 and no other provision of this Contract.
