25.4  Expiry of Authorisation

In the event that the 1999 Order and/or the 2001 Order or any replacement order made under Section 77 of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 shall cease for whatever reason to be effective in relation to any or all of the Authorised Functions, such cessation shall be an Authority Change and the provisions of the Change Protocol shall apply.
