25.11  Carrying out of Works

The Service Provider shall notify the Authority of all proposed Major Highway Works, Diversionary Works and Works for Road Purposes necessary in connection with the Service and shall:

(a)  direct, notify, contract, commit or compromise with Statutory Undertakers in respect of such works; and

(b)  carry out any such works in accordance with NRSWA, the Regulations, [Highways Standards and Relevant Lighting Standards]19 and the provisions of this clause 25.
