25.16  Possible Offences of Statutory Undertakers

The Service Provider shall notify the Authority of any possible offence committed, or likely to be committed, by a Statutory Undertaker under NRSWA of which the Service Provider is aware and shall provide such information relating to such offence as may be required by the Authority.
