25.17  Works under Section 82(2) of NRSWA

If works are necessary as a consequence of an event described in Section 82(2) of NRSWA then such works shall be an Authority Change and the provisions of the Change Protocol shall apply.  Any sums received by the Authority from any Statutory Undertaker in connection with such event shall not be subject to clause 25.12.
