27.2  Authority obligations

The Authority shall:

(a)  from time to time, at the request of the Service Provider, notify Statutory Undertakers that, subject to the terms and conditions set out in clause 25 (Contracting Out of Functions), the Service Provider shall be performing the services referred to in clause 25 (Contracting Out of Functions); and

(b)  promptly notify the Service Provider of any Statutory Undertaker's requirements or notices or any notices from Street Authorities for streets other than the Project Network (but which affect the Project Network) which it receives pursuant to NRSWA or the Regulations.
