28.5  Maintenance

The Service Provider shall ensure, on a continuing basis, that at all times its maintenance and operating procedures are sufficient to ensure that:

(a)  the Service is continuously compliant with the Output Specification;

(b)  the design intention of all Project Network Parts to achieve their full working life is maintained; and

(c)  the relevant Project Network Parts shall comply with the relevant Expiry Condition Requirements on the Expiry Date.
