33.4  Informing other parties

The Authority shall, within fifteen (15) Business Days of the Service Commencement Date, inform each of the other parties to the Third Party Undertakings in writing that the Service Provider is the assignee of the Delegated Rights and shall perform the Delegated Obligations on behalf of the Authority.
