34.4  Classes of Licence

The classes of Licences are:

(a)  street trading or market trading licences;

(b)  over sailing licences;

(c)  amenity licenses;

(d)  landscaping or planting licences;

(e)  licences for scaffolding;

(f)  licences to store builder's materials on the highway;

(g)  licences for the placing of a builder's skip on the highway; and

(h)  licences to a sub-contractor for the purpose of carrying out any part of the Service.
