35.4  Interference of HWA Works

35.4  Works and/or management carried out or procured by the Authority as referred to in clause 35.1 shall, to the extent that the Service Provider is unable to provide any part of the Service, constitute an Excusing Cause and to the provisions of clause 40 (Excusing Causes) shall apply.
