36.6  Quality Monitoring

Without limitation to clause 37 (Monitoring and Reporting) the Authority Representative may carry out audits of the Quality Management Systems (including without limitation all Quality Documentation) at approximate intervals of three (3) months and may carry out other periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of such Quality Management Systems.
