36.7  Site Safety and Security

The Service Provider shall have full regard for the safety of all persons on the Project Network (including Work Sites) (whether lawfully or not) and shall keep the Work Sites in an orderly state appropriate to the avoidance of danger to such persons.  Without limitation to clause 21 (Security of the Project Network), the Service Provider shall take such measures as are reasonably required to prevent trespass onto Work Sites of any persons or livestock not entitled to be there including, without limitation, the fencing of Work Sites where appropriate.
