37.1  Compliance with Schedule 17

The Service Provider shall be monitored in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 17 (Monitoring and Reporting) and any incidents or occurrences which in the Service Provider's reasonable opinion may have a material impact upon the provision of any part of the Service shall be notified to the Authority in writing by the Service Provider at the earliest opportunity.
