38.2  Interested Parties and Consultees

The Service Provider shall, in connection with carrying out the Service:

(a)  discharge any lawful and proper requirements of any Relevant Authorities of which the Service Provider has notice or ought reasonably to be aware from time to time;

(b)  take all reasonable steps, ancillary to the Service in order to minimise any risk of a Judicial Review challenge being made against the Authority as a result of the Service being carried out.  Without limitation, such steps shall where appropriate include:

(i)  the provision of information to the public;

(ii)  consultation with the public; and

(iii)  taking reasonable steps to reflect the outcome of such consultation in the manner in which the Service is carried out.
