46.2  Authority Response

Where it is identified in the notice referred to in clause 46.1 that the net cost of implementing the proposed Change in Highways Standards does not exceed either of the financial thresholds identified in clause 46.1(f) then, within thirty (30) Business Days of the date of receipt of such notice, the Authority shall notify the Service Provider of whether it requires the Service Provider to implement the proposed Change in Highways Standards.
