46.3  Implementation at Service Provider Cost

If the Authority notifies the Service Provider that it requires the Service Provider to implement the proposed Change in Highways Standards pursuant to clause 46.2, the Service Provider shall implement such Change in Highways Standards at no additional cost to the Authority.
