46.4  Implementation at Authority Cost

Where it is identified in the notice referred to in clause 46.1 that the net cost of implementing the Change in Highways Standards exceeds either one of the financial thresholds identified in clause 46.1(f), then, within thirty (30) Business Days of the date of receipt by the Authority of such notice, the Authority shall notify the Service Provider of whether it requires the Service Provider to implement the proposed Change in Highways Standards and the Authority shall issue an Authority Notice of Change within twenty (20) Business Days of the date of receipt of the notice referred to in clause 46.1(d) and the provisions of the Change Protocol shall apply.
