49.5  Payment

In the Month following any Month in which a payment of Additional Income has been received by the Service Provider, the Service Provider shall pay to the Authority a sum equal to [♦ per cent (♦%)]34 of the total Additional Income for that Month [in excess of the Guaranteed Income for that Month].  All calculations of such sums shall be included in the relevant Draft Monthly Payment Report (together with supporting documentation) and the relevant Monthly Payment Report.

34  To be bid back by the Bidders.  As the Apparatus is owned by the Authority this figure should not be less than 60 per cent (60%) and should reflect the level of Guaranteed Income i.e. if it is low the profit share to the Authority should be higher.  It is assumed that each parties costs will be taken from their respective profit shares.
