52.4  Indemnities

For the avoidance of doubt:

(a)  the indemnities in favour of the Authority contained in clause 52.1 shall be extended to losses incurred by the actions of any Service Provider Party;

(b)  an indemnity by either party under any provision of this Contract shall be without limitation to any indemnity by that party under any other provision of this Contract; and

(c)  the indemnity by the Service Provider shall apply in relation to any breach by the Authority of its statutory duties in connection with those functions being performed by the Service Provider regardless of whether this Contract (including the Output Specification) specify obligations or performance standards in relation to that duty.
