54.20  Provision of Details and Indemnity

The Service Provider shall immediately upon request by the Authority provide to the Authority details of any measures which the Service Provider or any relevant sub-contractor envisages it, or they, will take in relation to any employees who are, or who will be, the subject of a Relevant Transfer, and if there are no measures, confirmation of that fact, and shall indemnify the Authority against all Losses resulting from any failure by the Service Provider to comply with this obligation.
