54.28  Sub-Contractors

In the event that the Service Provider enters into any sub-contract in connection with this Contract, it shall impose obligations on its sub-contractors in the same terms as those imposed on it pursuant to this clause 54 and clause 55 (Pensions) and shall procure that the relevant sub-contractor complies with such terms. The Service Provider shall indemnify, and keep the Authority indemnified in full, against all Losses, incurred by the Authority or any Future Service Provider as a result of, or in connection with, any failure on the part of the Service Provider to comply with this clause 54.28 and/or the relevant sub-contractor's failure to comply with such terms.
