54A.8  Sub-Contractors

In the event that the Service Provider enters into any sub-contract in connection with this Contract, it shall impose obligations on any such sub-contractor in the same terms as those imposed on the Service Provider pursuant to this clause 54A and shall procure that such sub-contractor complies with such terms.  The Service Provider shall indemnify, and keep the Authority indemnified, in full against all Losses, incurred by the Authority or any Future Service Provider as a result of, or in connection with, any failure on the part of the Service Provider and/or the relevant sub-contractor to comply with this clause 54A.8.
