56.2  Ownership of Trade Marks and Data

The Service Provider acknowledges that the Authority is or (where such rights have not yet been created) will be the proprietor of:

(a)  the Data, all copies thereof and all Intellectual Property Rights in, and to, the Data;

(b)  the Authority Project Intellectual Property; and

(c)  the Trade Marks and all Intellectual Property Rights in, and to, the Trade Marks.
