56.4  Copies of licensed materials to be made available to the Authority

The Service Provider shall promptly deliver to the Authority at the Authority's request and in any event on termination of this Contract:

(a)  a copy of any Service Provider Materials requested by the Authority in respect of which it is granted a licence pursuant to clause 56.1; and

(b)  all Data in the Service Provider's possession, custody or control at the date of such request,

subject, in each case, to the Authority paying the Service Provider's reasonable copying fees.  If the Authority no longer has a licence to use any such Service Provider Materials, then the Authority shall forthwith return all such materials so supplied to the Service Provider, immediately following the ending of such licence.
