56.13  Traffic Data

Without prejudice to any rights which either party may have in the Traffic Data each party shall be entitled, without further consent from the Service Provider:

(a)  to use the Traffic Data for the purposes of exercising its rights or carrying out its obligations and rights under this Contract, in the case of the Authority only, or carrying out any statutory function; and

(b)  to incorporate the Traffic Data in any traffic or other statistics prepared by or on behalf of each party and to publish such statistics or the Traffic Data either generally or to a limited category of persons or otherwise to exploit such statistics or the Traffic Data and whether or not in return for any fee.
