56.14  Corporate Identity and Logo

So as to maintain the Authority's corporate identity and image in the performance of the Service, and to maintain recognition by residents and council taxpayers that the Service is commissioned by the Authority:

(a)  all stationery used by the Service Provider in connection with the delivery of the Service shall display the Authority logo (in this clause 56.14, the Logo);

(b)  the Authority shall provide the Logo and approved wording as agreed between the Representatives;

(c)  all Intellectual Property rights in the Logo shall remain vested in the Authority; and

(d)  the licence to use the Logo and set out in this clause 56.14 is terminable at will by the Authority and, unless otherwise terminated by the Authority, shall expire on the earlier of the Termination Date and the Expiry Date.
