57.3  Duties on the recipient

Where disclosure is permitted under clause 57.2 (other than clauses 57.2(b), 57.2(d), 57.2(e), 57.2(h), and 57.2(j)) the party providing the information shall procure that the recipient of the information shall be subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Contract.
