57.7  Delivery to the Authority

On or before the Expiry Date, the Service Provider shall ensure that all documents or computer records in its possession, custody or control, which contain information relating to a member of the public (including any documents in the possession, custody or control of a Sub-Contractor) are delivered up to the Authority.
