60.9  Authority Indemnity

The Authority agrees that to the extent that any Required Action is taken by the Authority or any Authority Party otherwise than as a result of a breach by the Service Provider, the Authority shall, and shall procure that any Authority Party shall, carry out such Required Action in accordance with Good Industry Practice and the Authority shall indemnify the Service Provider against any Claims or Losses which arise directly as a result of a breach by the Authority of this clause 60.9 (and in the case of Losses, such having been properly and reasonably incurred).
