61.1  Termination or Expiry of this Contract

Without prejudice to clause 61.2 this Contract shall terminate on the earlier of:

(a)  the date of termination pursuant to clause 53.4(b) (Uninsurable Risks);

(b)  the date of termination by the Authority pursuant to clause 62 (Termination by the Authority);

(c)  the date of termination following a Prohibited Act pursuant to clause 63 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud);

(d)  the date of termination by the Service Provider pursuant to clause 65 (Termination by the Service Provider);

(e)  the date of termination following an Event of Force Majeure pursuant to clause 66 (Termination following Force Majeure ; and

(f)  the Expiry Date.
