61.3  Exclusive Right to Terminate

Each and any of the events referred to in:

(a)  clause 62.3 (Service Provider Default) constitutes the only breaches of this Contract or any Project Document by the Contractor which shall permit termination of this Contract by the Authority; and

(b)  clause 65 (Termination on Authority Default) constitutes the only breaches of this Contract or any Project Document by the Authority which shall permit termination of this Contract by the Service Provider.
