62.6  Service Provider's Rectification

In the event clause 62.5(b) applies, if the Service Provider either:

(a)  rectifies the Service Provider Default within the time period specified in the Termination Notice; or

(b)  implements the rectification programme, if applicable, in accordance with its terms,

the Termination Notice shall be deemed to be revoked and this Contract shall continue.
