62.7 Failure to Rectify
If the Service Provider:
(a) in the case of a Service Provider Default referred to in clause 62.5(b)(i), fails to put forward an acceptable rectification programme pursuant to clause 62.5 and fails to rectify the Service Provider Default within the time period specified in the Termination Notice; or
(b) in the case of a Service Provider Default referred to in clause 62.5(b)(ii), fails to rectify the Service Provider Default within the time period specified in the Termination Notice
the Authority may give notice stating that, subject to the terms of the Senior Lender's Direct Agreement, this Contract shall terminate on the date falling five (5) Business Days after the date of receipt by the Service Provider of such notice.
