63.4  Prohibited Act by a Sub-Contractor

If the Prohibited Act is committed by a Sub-Contractor or by an employee of that Sub-Contractor not acting independently of such Sub-Contractor, then the Authority may serve a Termination Notice on the Service Provider and this Contract shall terminate, unless within twenty (20) Business Days of receipt of such Termination Notice the Service Provider terminates the relevant Project Document and procures the performance of such part of the Service by another person.
