63.7  Termination Notice

Any Termination Notice under this clause 63 shall specify:

(a)  the nature of the Prohibited Act;

(b)  the identity of the party whom the Authority believes has committed the Prohibited Act;

(c)  where clause 63.6(b)(ii) applies, what reasonable actions the Authority requires to be taken in relation to the DNO;

(d)  the date on which this Contract shall terminate, in accordance with the applicable provision of this clause 63; and

(e)  whether the Authority elects not to have a transfer of the Assets pursuant to clause 67.6 (Transfer of Assets).
