63.8  Meaning of Acting Independently

In this clause 63, the expression not acting independently of (when used in relation to the Service Provider or a Sub-Contractor) means, and shall be construed as, acting with the authority of or the knowledge of any one ore more of the directors of the Service Provider or a Sub-Contractor (as the case may be).
