66.6 Termination by Authority
If the Service Provider serves a Termination Notice on the Authority under clause 66.5 stating that it wishes to terminate this Contract, then the Authority has the option either to accept such Termination Notice or to respond in writing on or before the date falling ten (10) Business Days after the date of its receipt stating that it requires this Contract to continue. If the Authority gives the Service Provider such notice (the Continuation Notice), then:
(a) the Authority shall pay to the Service Provider the Unitary Charge from the day after the date on which this Contract would have terminated under clause 66.5 as if the Service was being fully provided (save for Adjustments under [PS1 of Part 2] of the Payment Mechanism which shall continue to be made at the level they were being made on the date this Contract would have terminated under clause 66.5); and
(b) this Contract shall not terminate until expiry of a Termination Notice (of at least twenty (20) Business Days) from the Authority to the Service Provider that it wishes this Contract to terminate.
