67.1  Financial Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to clause 53.4(b) (Uninsurable Risks), clause 62 (Termination by the Authority), clause 63 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud), clause 65 (Termination by the Service Provider) and clause 66 (Termination following Force Majeure), compensation payments shall be made by the Authority or the Service Provider (as the case may be) in accordance with Schedule 24 (Compensation on Termination).
