67.4  Vacation of Authority's Property, etc.

On the Expiry Date (or if earlier on the Termination Date), the Service Provider shall, and shall procure that all Service Provider Parties shall:

(a)  vacate any of the Authority's facilities or premises where any part of the Service was or is being carried out; and

(b)  minimise any inconvenience to the Authority and any other Authority Party caused by such vacation; and

(c)  make good any damage caused by the Service Provider and/or any Service Provider Party (at the Service Provider's expense) within twenty (20) Business Days of such vacation.
