67.7  Co-operation by the Service Provider after Expiry/Termination

On and after the Termination Date or the Expiry Date the Service Provider shall continue to act in good faith and shall co-operate with the Authority to ensure the smooth hand-over of the Project Network, the Assets and the Service.
