67.11  Handover79

The Service Provider shall within five (5) Business Days of the Termination Date or Expiry Date deliver to the Authority Representative:

(a)  keys to all traffic sign housings; and

(b)  lifting keys for all types of chamber covers;

and the Service Provider shall, as soon as practicable, vacate the Project Network and shall leave the Project Network in a clean and orderly condition.
