68.1  Certification Requirements

The Certification Requirements are intended to be satisfied by the Authority with respect to this Contract [and the Senior Lender's Direct Agreement] before the end of the period relating to each agreement within which the Certification Requirements must be satisfied for the agreement to be a certified contract for the purposes of the Local Government (Contracts) Act 1997.
