69.3  Minimisation of Disruption

When carrying out the Final Surveys, the Authority shall use reasonable endeavours to minimise any disruption caused to the provision of the Service by the Service Provider.  The Service Provider shall afford the Authority or any person carrying out the Final Surveys (free of charge) any reasonable assistance required by the Authority during the carrying out of the Final Surveys.
