71.5  Where, prior to the expiry of the Core Investment Period, the holder of any shares ceases to be an Associated Company of the [parent company group of companies], it shall be a breach of this clause 71 if the shares held by that holder are not, within [twenty (20)] Business Days of that holder ceasing to be an Associated Company of the [parent company group of companies] transferred to the [parent company group of companies] or any Associated Company of [parent company group of companies].
