73.3  Service Provider's Obligations

Neither the giving of any approval, inspection, knowledge of the terms of any contract or document nor the review of any document or course of action by, or on behalf of, the Authority or any person authorised by the Authority pursuant to this Contract and any Project Document shall relieve the Service Provider of any of its obligations under this Contract or any Project Document.
