78.1  Entire Agreement

This Contract (including the Schedules) and the Project Documents and any other contracts referred to therein constitute the entire agreement between the parties in connection with its subject matter and supersedes all prior representations, communications, negotiations, understandings, agreements or arrangements between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Contract.
