79.1  Contracts (Rights of Third parties) Act 199980

Other than in relation to clauses [54.1 (Relevant Transfers), 54.6 (Emoluments and outgoings - Service Provider Responsibilities), 54.7 (Employment Costs) and 54.8 (Update of the First Employee List)], no term of this Contract is enforceable by a person who is not party to this Contract under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
