80.2  No Additional Cost or Expense

Nothing in clause 80.1 shall:

(a)  interfere with the right of each party to arrange its affairs in whatever manner it considers fit in order to perform its obligations under this Contract and the Project Documents in the manner in which it considers to be the most effective and efficient;

(b)  oblige either party to incur any additional cost or expense or suffer any loss of profit in excess of that required by its proper performance of its obligations under this Contract or the Project Documents; or

(c)  relieve either party from any obligation under any indemnity contained in this Contract and the Project Documents or from any obligation to pay any debt due or payable under such documents.
